Computational regulatory genomics

APromoter

A promoter activity atlas built to move from biological context to testable regulatory sequence designs.

APromoter brings promoter profiles, tissue-aware prediction, comparative analysis, and sequence engineering into one research environment. It is developed as part of APSCS by Nie L.

—Promoter records
454Tissues and cells
—Curated panels
3Versioned model backends

Promoter analysis should retain biological context.

APromoter organizes promoter activity by tissue, assay target, reference construct and model configuration. These details define each comparison and make results interpretable in their biological context.

Researchers can explore the atlas, compare predicted activity across panels and prioritize sequences for experimental testing.

From reference data to sequence candidates

One workspace, four connected layers.

01

Atlas

Search promoter records and inspect predicted activity across tissues, cells, and curated biological panels.

02

VirDLA →

A virtual assay harness for multi-omics foundation models. VirDLA assembles reporter constructs, calls the model and computes relative activity to evaluate candidates in the VirEvo design loop.

03

Design Studio

Run context-aware prediction, consistency filtering, contribution analysis, and configurable sequence evolution workflows.

04

Validation

Compare model predictions with SHARPR-MPRA measurements using model-specific correlations, prediction distributions and reproducible benchmark artifacts.
